As my title says i'm looking for
1-Game masters (1/0) Gamemaster should be fluent at english should be more than 16+ he should be experienced in being GAMEMASTER and managing the game also if he can get some players
2-Tutor(2/0) who can bring players and can be online more than 4 hours
who stay at game and help players he can get promoted to GameMaster

First of all, dont speak about crachs or staff, you got like 20 staff members and you reset your server every day.

Now about osama, why should they get for you players? 2 tutors and 1 gm?

because the will be part of the game!! so they should want the server to be the best, i can't handle it all myself! i think there is people present help not for money but to be part of a game!
second you're right maydel's server crashes every second and he doesn't have host but i do and my server doesn't close because it's hosted in germany!! and there is no lags in my server
 
You dont understand my question, my question is: why should they help you to get players?
