Looking for help on programming, open server

I'm looking for help, I'll pay for the service, a fair price, because I know it's something simple, but I've tried all sorts of ways and tutorials and no solution.
I carried out the entire server compilation, everything 100%. I configured phpadmin's MySql, configured the website installation, which even works perfectly and locates the data within the database.
The only error that is occurring is when opening the server executable, it is as if the base is not located, but all config.lua is correct.



I would like clear and direct support on this, if it could be my machine, well I don't know, as I have always opened other servers, and this time this situation is occurring.

As I mentioned, I will pay for the help, but at a fair price.
