Hello, I am looking for someone who understand OT client and C++(sources) to change the existing skull system , war mode system , cast system , store box and the default exhaustion in the game Tibia 10.98 TFS :

These aren't OTC modifications, a part of the hotkeys delay, which I have no clue what you actually mean. All these modifications need to be done inside server sources instead..
