Looking for OTS

Hey... Iv been searching otserv lists for days and I just cant find server that fits my requirements which are

-low rates - without stupid x100 stages at beggining ending x2 after 200 lvl, stable exp around x5 max
-custom map prefered but real is fine too if its server like old eloth for example
-newest client (or close to it) or old one like <8.0
-no stupid 100 atk items in sms shop
-more than at least 40 players online

can i find anything like that?

Nothing you describes exist. Most servers don't have good rates, they either go from 100-.5x, real fast, Like Nox. Or they stay high. Not to mention there's more Real Maps than anything these days. Any server that WOULD be good doesn't have 40+ people on.
