Looks like the same person. Notice how they both write with capitals on all the words and the "Iam" instead of "I'm" or "I am". Notice the empty line line after every "thought", they are both claiming to be from Egypt, both follow Eivel Punker(since 7amo follows 6 people its safe to assume he follows those that have offered him help[also notice those people frequent the support board][also, this "markedko" may follow 3 random people just to "fill the profile"]). Notice how this "markedko" joined the 26 of June and was last seen the 27th and has only 1 post. This could be an account created because 7amo forgot his password or did not want to look like a fool asking such a question. Also notice how 7amo continues the conversation instead of "markedko".
We can conclude 2 things: That all Egyptians(or people who speak Arabic as their first language)always capitalize what they say(which is not true because there are many here who dont do that) or that they are the same person. Of course, could be that they are brothers or close(after seeing some posts by 7amo he claims to be 20, while this markedko claims to be 17) or that they are working on this project together.
One can deduce lots of things about how a person presents themselves to others, their avatar, their signature, the way they write, etc. They all give clues as to how that person is and behaves.
I had fun with this little exercise

That uppercase in every new word, that is an common way for MANY Egyptians to write.

Not to look like a fool for asking this question, or maybe he forgot his password for the other account, maybe he was thinking about giving himself some likes(not true because 7amo has none).
I think:
* NOT Same person, not make sense at any level.
* Probably he was looking around for this matter and found that thread, that is why he posted that he need it also. (Disble party system)
* When he got the answer not possible with HEX, he searching for an C++ programmer to dig into hes sources and disable it.
They are valid deductions, could be that 7amo saw that thread and remembered that he wanted to do this.

You have to either find sources for your engine or change to another server.
I bet you still use XML?
Without source, you can't disable the party. If you dont hack into the client and remove the option from there.
