Looking for stable OTS

Hello guys,

I am interested in creating a small mmropg base on Open Tibia Server.
Many years ago I created some OTServers and play with friends, but now after my graduation I want to start from the core and implement some features.
In order that, I am looking for a stable and easy open tibia server, preferably a 7.6 version or a Python based.

the only project that i know based on py is call PyOT , since there is no commits since '14 you will have some work there.
