All of the nice custom server are in cb stages, but, arda is online.

Well Exoria.Net is a good ot, tho alot of botters etc, you prob need a team of 4 (including youre self)

Custom spells: Yea
Map: Thais city with custom map around it, including mountains spawns etc..The thais map is completly remapped by @Zoom Iker if you know him, then you probably know that the map is awesome.
Teleports: Yupp, the tps includes bosses,spawns & quests.
Staff: 1 owner, no abuse.
I would recommend to start pvping in lvl 7500, at that lvl you'll get youre best pvp spell.
There are 120 players online almost every day & the ot has been online since 2012 with only one reset.

Edit; when i mean botters i mean pvp botters. There are several exp botters aswell. But as mentioned pvp botters are more.
