Lua Looking Summon system like [DRAGON BALL]

Does anyone have summon system if you collect like x7 items and press on them you can summon npc and he grants your wishes its like from cartoon called dragon ball. The wishes could be

• +10 Lvl
• +5k Hp/Mn Permanent
• +5 skill, pick which one you want
• Give x amount gold
• Give item

When wish is granted this npc disappears
