looks fine in mapedtitor but bugged ingame

Hey there, trying to get zao working on my server.

Using Real server 3.1 (8.6)

When i watch the map in rme map editor it looks great but then ingame the Zao part is buggy. know how to solve this?

different versions of items.otb
check item id ingame and search it on map editor (or import items.otb from your data to map editor////make backups first!)

Is there any special way i can get the correct items.otb for a real server 3.1 (8.6 client) ?
