Lua Loot npc issue

Hello, I am currently using the standard tfs 0.4 npcs and for some reason if you trade the loot npc and click "Ignore Equiped" it still sells the item in your equipment slots. This has become quite a problem for me so I was wondering if there is a way to fix this issue?

This issue does not apply to only 0.4, it happens with every version of tfs which is why I asked here. I just simply stated that I am using 0.4 in case someone has a fix specifically for 0.4.
