losing frags

Hello, why in 0.3.5pl1 ppl dont lose thier weekly and monthly frags only dialy frags thats sux xD

but in that case if a player has 3 frags he get rs after one day he lose it then if he kill someone he get the rs back cuz he got weekly and monthly

It works fine for me too but my question is, is it possible to lose weekly and monthly frags ?
