Hey there could anyone help me with this error?, When i create account i get a recovery key that should auto send to "players mail"

This error comes up when the account is created

I've tried to restart/reboot my computer, no sence, i removed ";" from php (smtp)(ssl) and nothing happens..

Check your php.ini file, on it, if you have this:

Remove the ;

The OS doesnt matter. Just head to where your php is installed and find the php.ini file, phpinfo(); gives the path

In ubuntu 14 don't work this method, i will send a command
$ echo '<?php phpinfo(); ?>' | php 2>&1 |grep -i ssl

result:
