Hello GM I lost my password of my acc characters (Andres,Bambi,Name)i remeber the the account number but when i request for a new password i must introduce a recovery key and when i did my acc long tiem ago they didnt gave me a recovery key, maybe you could send a new pass to my email please.

I did my account when the server started or 1 month later? and when i pressed the button to get a rec key it gave me so..?
Well maybe i didnt pressed that button or i dont remember it was too many months ago i just want to recover my account with my acc number and my email im even on the forum with my character i just cant remember the password to play.
