Low levels heal friends!

Hey, I have a problem on my server. I have the protection level on 100, so low levels have started to heal their highlevel friends in pk. Can I do like, below level 100 you cannot heal anyone except yourself?

You could increase the minimum level for usage of "exura sio" and the other healing spells that you can heal others with.
And then you could change so healing runes are for lvl 100 minimum.
And then make a item that you just use and it gives you hp {used by players below lvl 100}

Or you could make like a rookgard which players can only leave if they are over lvl 100..

Well the easiest way was to remove the protection level. It works better without it.
