CPX11 would also do you perfectly fine, it's cheaper and you get 1 more CPU core

Do u know if they got a good ddos protection?

Yes, it should do the work. Regarding ddos, they have a mitigation infrastructure so only legit traffic will reach your server in case of an attack.
