The best way and the fastest way would be to create your own OTC / Client that the bot doesn't have and add bonus % exp there.

just let players report themselves as botting and whoever doesnt and claims exp get a warning(banishment after 3) via command .!bot on !bot off set stage to 0.5 1.0
