Can someone write me a script or explain exactly how I write it?

I want to do the quest in which the use of the corpse I can get the key (only one time).
This key is used to open the door.

I totally do not know how I do it so please help and detailed explanation of how I got this script to write.
PS. Sorry for my bad english.

Well I did this like 5 days ago, depend of the corpse, I just put a slain skeleton on remeres and inside it they key with the action id to open the door. So the key will be there for 1 people only by server reset.
