[LUA] Give extra exp for a time

Now i need a script that increases exp rate in 95% for 30 minutes after using an item....

I have some lua knowledge, so if u give me the idea how to do that and the functions, i'll do the script myself

But with them, you gain 1.5x exp for all the time you want it..... I need something like
Use scroll....
Remove scroll....
Gain 1.95x experience for 1 hour.....
