Lua Lua & Xml help please- sdwand exorivis rod

I need this script please:

A rod that shoots exori vis (not the spell but that effect)
A Wand that shoots sd effect

I want to make the atk min10k -m ax20k at the both of the wands

No, cuz Death in weapons.xml = not sd... i need a script so it shoots sd, exori vis bubble..

wanna have a script so the wand shoots a effect like sd / exorivis

hmm, I am not sure if I am remember this correct, but once I did a wand shoot stones (Yea I know it sounds crazy )
I think I changed in the otb with itemeditor (where like 2-3 years ago, so I don't remember how I did it )

Sry i do not have time to do it, but tell how to do it,
Shooteffects can be changed in items.xml (take a look at other wands and copy paste etc. Sd effect = suddendeath, I don't remember what it is for vis effect)

Then add that new wand in weapons.xml and edit element and min/max things (again: take a look at how other wands/rods have been made)
