I like almost all what you've mapped, except for one..

wasn't realy so happy about it myself so I did some changes:

You missed the borders in the ice walls :'[
RAW Palette > Borders > id:7107 to id:7120

For who is interested,
I'm going to revamp Rookgaard as much as I can. I'll try to cover up cipsofts horrible bordering and revamp most caves and the city.
I'll afterwards release it to the whole otland community.
I'll keep you updated as much as I can with my proces!
