I got some problems atm with people mage bombing.

Is there any special way of limiting mage bombing?

Only way is to login in your gm char and check players with same ips "/mc" and ban them :) I don't think there is a anti-magebomb system developed yet. =*

No. Ofcourse u could reqest script that would not allow connect more than 1 player with same ip address to your server, but thats not smart, cuz people that are using LAN could not play your server.

There is.

ExqurSoft OTs (SoftCores, IceChaw, etc) have it and works. Elaney you should ask the owners about that script and maybe they will help you out on it.

But the solution is not "So there is no way to make people not beeing able to login more than 1 char/computer?", because there may be players whose brothers, friends or w/e play at the same computer as them so it would get them in trouble or not allow them to play.

The script from ExqurSoft's servers does it so if more than 2 chars (or 3, Idk) log in from the same IP at the same time, they all get banned/deleted.

Go to their forum (ExqurSoft) and PM the owners about it I guess.

I have played and still am playing softcores/icechaw and thunderfall. And as far as I know noone is being deleted cuz of magebombing if gm doesnt loging and ban them. There are much guys that magebomb on theese servers.

Some of the ppl who are "magebombing" isnt banned!
+ A friend of mine have tried to magebomb to.. he didnt get banned?
