no man magic damge for items +13% magic damage.
magiclevelpoint give mlvl we need add new><attribute key="increaseMagicPercent" value="13"/>
for items give more dmg

Nope, it's a custom attribute that gives you certain % of magic damage

I have an old source that already has increaseMagicPercent, if someone cheers up, get some codes to put TFS 1.2 downgrage, nekiro etc, testing in the OLD OT WORKED EVERYTHING ITEM % MAGIC DAMAGE AND EVERYTHING...
