Windows Magic levels on armors/shields

How can I add magic levels to armors/shields and such? seen it on a few servers and I want to have it on mine.

items.xmml add this ass attribute:

<attribute key="magiclevelpoints" value="1"/>

Also remember to add the items to movements.xml, otherwise the special attribute you put on it wont be recognized!

Some items are already added in movements.xml, check the IDs if they are already there then you dont need to add them again. If not, add them.
