Everyone can shot a magic wall or a wild nature rune to a protection zone, how could I change that?

It was working from the beginning, though one spell which I created that makes a wild nature growth was able to be created at protection zone and I thought it was related with the magic wall script but I just changed the aggressive value to 1 and it got fixed :).
