TFS 1.X+ magic wall on spells Tfs 1.5

Hey, could you please help me out by implementing the feature in TFS 1.5 8.0 that allows casting spells and using runes through a magic wall, but only when you are next to the magic wall?

If I'm not mistaken, this is in sprites, the option to block missiles must be removed, and the item editor must also be changed to update it.
