Major Problem!!!!

Okay, well my Roxor 8.5 server is working perfectly fine. Except one thing. There are 20+ players playing, and the players skills ARE NOT saving into Player_skills in the database! They relog and lose their skills. Anybody know how I can fix this very quickly?
