Make an item stackable

so for example, i have concentrated demonic blood which is not stackable, is there a way to change the items.xml and make it stackable? or is that somewhere else.

No, to make them stackable, you have to modify the client.

You have to add 'stackable' option in your client's tibia.dat using any dateditor. After that you have to use otitemeditor's 'verify' option to update your server's items.otb file.
