You could try editing source to make it like the default channel, it would take a little work but it could possibly be done.

you would have to source edit and compile and please wouldnt hurt either

lol good point tae "please" is a good way to get people to help 
but yea we're right the only way thats possible is through source editing, its impossible to mess with that part of the client through sql, unless you used YATC (Yet Another Tibia Client) its a custom client in which you can edit to your needs (more skills/more bars/changing names of skills) things like that.
