Make your own Tibia Client. How?

Are there any good tutorials on how to make your own client for your ot? I'm running 9.6
I want to change the graphic and default IP of the Tibia 9.6 Client to put up for download on my site.

Could someone point me in the right direction? Ive searched and googled to no one

I know as an experienced member that may make sense to you and be enough explanation... but for someone who has never heard of OTClient is it is much harder.
