How do i make a character straight from the "phpmyadmin"?

I go to insert and fill out the information but it gives me a error.. so if any1 could help.. tht would be great!

Pretty much Gesior acc manager used same accounts 2 base the new ones off of. (KNIGHT SAMPLE, SORC SAMPLE..) ECT.. i deleted them by accadent but now i wanna make them again and the accmanager wont let me do so.. how could i do it from the phpmyadmin itsself? PLEASE SUM1 help..
