hey guys when im making a tibia website do i have to use a certain website maker or can i use anything ( something like WIX ) and if i have to use a certain one please can you tell me how to do it ??

You need to code it yourself.
Based on your question you probably don't even know what the word programming means.

Seach for: HTML, CSS, PHP on google and learn more about what they do.

Just no.

You could build the layout with wix but not the core engine, its not impossible but then you would still need to know html, css, javascript / jquery, php & sql to integrate it with a tibia server.

You don't you search for tutorials? And if you did: I'm pretty sure there's no tutorial about Wix on otland.
