Mana and hp to show in %

Hopefully someone will understand what im trying to ask, i want the hp and mana to show in %.

If I were you I would go for tfs 0.4 or tfs 1.2 ( best one if im not wrong ) and it exists alredy on otland search for 100% hp and mp system or something haha
