[MAP] Base Map 13.0x

Hi guys,

I just checked out the master branch, compiled, and ran the project. Upon logging in, I noticed that I wasn't playing on a real Tibia map. Don't we have a "base RL Tibia map" included in the project?

No idea what server you use but for example The Forgotten Server has the forgotten map which is quite simple and rather for testing than playing.

If you want rl map then look for some RL map server in the download section, data packs

Yeah, but the issue is that I can't seem to find any RL map that matches the current TFS version (13.10). Do you know where I could find one?

Tough one since im not into new tibia versions. You would need to use Search option here on the forum.
i know that canary is pretty popular. It's 13.21 tho. No idea what's the difference between 13.10 and 13.21.

Here's an updated video tutorial for Latest Canary server using Nginx on a Live system. You can tag along if you're using a VM running Ubuntu. Hope it helps!

I'm confused and got no way to test whether it has rl map or not

1. Download latest canary server folder:
1.1 Rename config.lua.dist with config.lua (no need to edit file contents if you want only run server).

2. Download compiled Canary:
2.1. Choose the most updated build of main branch in Github Actions. PS: You need a github account to download the artifact
2.2. Go to Summary > Artifacts and download canary-windows-release
2.3. Extract compiled Canary executable in Canary server folder...

But I'm really looking forward to setting up a TFS-based server. For bigger projects, TFS is much better than Canary. The only thing I'm missing right now is the RL Map 13.10 for TFS, and I haven't been able to find one that works with the latest TFS release

Tfs for newer version than 10.98 is a quite new thing. Im not sure if theres any public share of a 13.x tibia data pack

You may take canary data pack and try to convert it to tfs but ive never worked on either canary or tfs 1.6 so no idea how difficult it would be.

There is a datapack with the complete real map for version 11.00. You can download it and convert it to version 13.10 for TFS 1.6. It should work—try the repository here.

This repository is primarily based on TFS 1.3. Everything is set with the serverID and should function on TFS 1.6. Simply download it, update the version to 13.10, then add TFS 1.6 and test. If everything runs without errors, great. Afterward, you may need a few additional scripts or systems. Even within this repository, you can take OTG 11x and integrate it into TFS 1.6 step by step, testing for errors. It will be your responsibility to address and fix any issues until everything is working smoothly... straightforward.
