Map Editor 10.98

Hi guys, can anybody help me?

I can't open or import any map 10.98.

When I try to open, it doesn't wok, a message appears: unsupported version.

When I import a map, it appears all red and I can't enable any palette to edit.

Pretty sure that should work with all versions
