Does anyone know if there is a map editor available for the leaked cipsoft 7.70 files?

have u tried to edit sector files? there's written item id's and coordinates for each tile

There isn't any (available publicly) other than that. You have to edit the RME sources to make it load/save cip map format.

Don’t worry. As you learn making and modifying servers you will acquire skills to do that.
