Map Editor + Houses

If I save my map with newer items.otb/xml the houses work 100% however after my first save it corrupts the map when I try to reopen it with RME "Unsupported client version! (8)"
I did search it and tried a few things with no luck.
I can map all day with the correct items.otb/xml save opens fine houses do not completely work. Suddenly I can not examine doors and see the house name/owner also making /buyhouse does not work (can not find entrance on any sq). HOWEVER /owner works and also the tiles do save items/only invited players can enter but anyone is able to open/close the doors even uninvited players.
I tried fixing the houses , saving (therefore corrupting), importing the map to make fixes. Importing did fix the map itself however did not load the houses correctly. the entrance splash was suddenly gone and obviously did not work properly as before even after I saved it with the newer otb/xml again.

Map > Proprieties > Client Version > Select your map version

File > Import > Import Map

"Insert" Houses, "Merge" Spawns

P.S: make sure you using same client version that your map is before import it or it will get fked up :X

And from now on, you should use this instead of open map, at least after this error show to me, I never used "Open Map" ever again
