OTClient Map Editor in TFS 1.5 Nekiro version 7.72

could someone tell me how do i open the nekiro server map which is 7.72 tfs 1.5?
I would like to open the map that comes within his source, but I can't. I haven't played with otserver for over 3 years so basically I'm trying to remember things

I'm sorry for my stupidity, but I don't remember anything from otserver, I've been starting over for 3 years, where can I get dat spr from version 7.6?

Or you can just navigate in RME to specific folder with spr and dat
