I've searched, but couldn't find anything that helped.

I've been trying to import a map into a bigger one, but I just manage to screw things up. If I don't add any coordinates, I can't find the map at all, even though it tells me it's been added. And if I do add coordinates for the import, it ends up in the wrong place. Smack in the middle of the main city. So any tips on how to get it where I want? Would be appreciated!

Mind telling a noob how to mark it all to copy it? Tried shift, but that just replaced every tile with whatever i had marked.

Edit: Nevermind, think I've got it figured out. Thanks alot!

Still seem to have a problem though. Can't open both the maps at the same time unless I open two Remere's. But then I can't copy from one and paste in the other. Why can't I load two tabs with different maps?

Well, seems I can open tabs for every map I've made or of a friend, but can't make new tabs together with the larger map used in the server (The on I'm trying to import to.) When I go to properties on the actual file, all of them say it's a .otbm. But maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing?

More than that, when I import from the maps that I myself have made into a map that is also made by me, and add coordinates, I still can't find the map. It only goes where I want it to go if I do the copy/paste trick, it seems.

Well. With a bunch of fooling around with options and guesses, I've fixed it, it seems. Thank you all for your help! I can now do the copy/paste trick and made it work, but the import-map still goes astray. not really important though, now that it would be a matter of convenience rather than of solving the actual problem

Thanks!
