It will not, becouse when I place bed somewhere else it works.

was it always like this or you did something ingame and it turned out bad? try to clear house items (tile_items or house_data/map_store (0.2) if you use binary) for that house_id

It wasn't like this. I moved house in map editor 1 tile down i guess.
