Map + OKEN = BUG :/ , Remeres bug or its for TFS version?

Ok i add oken.. to my realmap, i save changes and open my otserver, when i tryed to enter takes like 30 seconds to join and i need to try sometimes ok finish i enter after 30 seconds haha, and 1 minute after i log the OT Close and dont sent me an error, if i dont put Oken, The ot works 100% but i want Oken in my ot, ITS THE RAM? My memory ram its 4GB i host an Full Tibia rl

Second problem...In remeres map editor Zao its mapped very well
but in game everything is fucked up (??) what its the answer XD?

Third problem:
I was compiling TFS 0.4 Its works good all tables loaded all loaded when the console said me OT its Online
when i go to tibia and press Enter game the console throw me a windows error :/

what s the size of ur map?
caus 32bits os only load up maps like 97 -/+ mb if its bigger then it wont be loaded.
and about zau dunno check all floor and look if ur using the corect client to login.
