Map problem with pz.

Hello,
I made some are to protected, but now i want to erease and here is problem. When i select area and delete and then put some ground on it, it shows protected again. How to erease protected ground easy and permamently?

Select the PZ tool, and hold CTRL to remove PZ from tiles.
