Map Problem

If you don't understand this enough, let me know.

Basically, when I walk-up to a window in-game, I see the 3rd floor of the GH, and not 1st. (I want to see the 1st floor when I'm on ground level from outside the window, not 3rd)

I've tried that, still without success. It doesn't change a thing(opening windows).
