MAP SPAWN ERROR

Hello everyone!
I have these files:

But when I turn ON my server, the creatures/NPCs just won't appear.
I don't know about the houses because I didn't made any yet.

Also when I try to open the map in the editor, it gives me this:

Anyone could help or atleast give me some advices? Thanks!

Go to Map, Properties and change the name of the spawn and house file to the name they have.

Move the spawn and house file (to an other folder), change the name in Remere, save the map, remove the new empty spawn and house files it creates, then add your spawn and house file in the same folder as the map.

I changed my map to a custom, and to save on editing time I renamed it to the current map being used and couldn't figure out why no creatures where spawning...Your tips saved me!
