Windows Map Updating

How would i go about updating my 7.4 map to 8.6. Just come back to tibia and hope there an easy way to bring this map upto date as it's only 40mbs in size

Convert it to 7.6 first of all. Then convert it in RME from 7.6 to 8.6 ^.^
Prepare for heavy bugs ;-)
