Windows Mapping: Making houses

Hello !. My map have various cities, one of them is Inferna (from SadTeam) but i am editing all of it. I wanna know if is possible make a house like this, with one wall for two houses..

I don't get what you mean, do you mean having 3 houses in 1 big building?
If so, then yes.

it is possible, remove wall, and remove house tile and add the other house tile to the house u added

Yes you can, and only one of them will have priority to move items from wall
