I need a litle bit help ,

i wanna start a new otserver .
but i dont find any clear maps 100% fixed (start 2 run)
plxx help me
anyway i need a working link with a simone's mapeditor
who can help me plxxxx !! i need it
here i upload my map who can fixed it ? respawns of the maps

I can't find a link for simone map editor atm, all links I found so far were broken or fake/virus stuff.
