Buying Maps from scratch/Unused maps

Hello!
I need experienced mappers to do some mapping tasks for my server!
I'm willing to pay 100-150 euros in total.
You can choose doing maps from scratch or selling unused maps.

Maps From Scratch​

RULES:
1. You have to do the mapping from scratch (I will provide detailed information)
2. The maps should be for my server only; it should not be released or used on other servers.
3. You have to be a well-known/experienced mapper.
4. You should delete the map after selling it to me.

Available Tasks:
1. Hunting Spawns: 35 EUR
Status: Not Available [Beto06 is currently doing this task].

2. Boss places: 25 EUR
Information: You'll have to do 15 different boss areas from scratch, should be very easy since each area can be around 30x30.
Status: Available

3. Quests: 30 EUR
Information: You'll have to do 10 different quests from scratch, You have to be creative since you'll say how will the quest work not me.
Status: Available

4. Cities: 25 EUR
Status: Not Available [Truwzka is currently doing this task].

Unused Maps​

I'm buying maps too, but I have some simple rules.

RULES:
1. The maps should be for my server only; it should not have been released before or used on other servers.
2. Maps should have some of new sprites (8.7-9.6).
3. You should delete the map after selling it to me.
4. You have to be a well-known/experienced mapper.

Join our project (my and fady's). We got many ideas for quests and new events, but we need good mapper. We can't offer you position on ots, but fady is ready to pay good for your work (you will send us dungeons\isles, we don't share map).

Peroxide: made a deal with him then we cancelled it because he's doing one spawn per month
Magnetico: don't know him/her, I'll check mapping thread tomorrow.
LeftWing: inactive, isn't he/she?
Luffy: faak him! He's working for OOD

FreshMapper: didn't like his mapping.
Blez: his maps don't worth 150 euros to be honest, might worth 80~ but he wouldn't accept 80 euros probably.
Neon: made a deal with him but he cancelled it and then retired from the whole open tibia.
