Maps on remere

Hello, i have a little question.

If i make a map using everything from this topic http://otland.net/threads/remeres-map-editor-2-2-10-31.207389/ Tibia 10.31

Its possible to put this map on my server which is made with enginge on tibia 8.6?

Not sure about that one but generally any version of RME can create maps for 8.6.

I assume you have the tibia.dat and tibia.spr for 8.6 so just start the map editor and select the folder in which you have these files and start mapping

This dont work. Remere asking only about 10.31 version. This program dont see a .dat and .spr from 8.6 i dont know why

create new map and them import the 8.60 map into it <3
then you get 8.60 map in 10.31 version

If you go to 'File > Preferences > Client Version' you can select the default client version and locate your tibia 8.6 folder. Also try uncheck "Check file signatures"

edit; Oh, I might have misunderstood the question. You want to use a map that was originally made in 8.6 on your 10.31 server?

then u need custom client with custom spr and dat
u need to edit tibia 8.60 spr and dat to be in 10.31

cuz 10.30 have more sprites that not exist in 8.60
so client will debug

Well, i think changing anything in spr and dat is too much for my skills, meybe in future :d Thanks for replies
