Solved in pm, he changed max_allowed_packet to 16M in my.ini (uniform server) and used this libmysql.dll.

You're high or something?I do if I have xampp ? Do not know how to change it
If you have XAMPP, You can just delete every file then download and extract uniformserver to your C: disk

The problem with my server what esta causing the xampp ?
My server starts sometimes and sometimes free this mistake:S does little it was running, i shutdown and the mistake returns to go out
