Max cpu using, memory. [Hosting]

Guys i have a problem.

My cpu:

3GB ram
CPU 2,13 GHz

I am hosting a server.. and its little much using:

CPU 60%+
Memory 1,60+

Any ideas how to make it lower?

what server are you hosting at first? it can be flaws in the server with bad scripts etc..

You are not thinking about Latiido right? xD atleast it removes the limit for Ram usage but yea.. xD
